Each month, you'll get a focused theme (think: ideal guests, standout listings, repeat bookings, Facebook marketing and more), with bitesize trainings, weekly prompts and real-world strategies.
You’ll also be part of a community of hosts striving to do the same, and enjoy support from each other as well as from me, Holiday let hosting is no longer a lonely game!
You don’t need to do it all. You just need to do what works, with guidance from someone who’s walked the path and a friendly group cheering you on.

Important information about your subscription
Confident Host Circle is a monthly subscription. Payment is taken automatically each month on the first of the month.
There is no tie-in or contract. You can cancel at any time. If you cancel, you will keep access until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.
Once your paid month ends, your access to the group and its resources will stop. Please note that no partial refunds are offered for unused time if you cancel partway through a month.
What’s included each month:
A clear theme designed to help you grow your bookings and confidence
One core training (video or written)
Weekly prompts or bitesize tasks
Ongoing access to the member group and support from Kay and fellow hosts
There is no new content released in August or December, your payment will be paused but your subscription continues across those months to retain full access once we restart.
Founding members will keep their original monthly price for as long as they remain subscribed. If you cancel and choose to return later, you’ll rejoin at the price available at that time.
As this is a digital membership with immediate access, no refunds are available once payment has been taken. You will not be entitled to previous month’s content once that month has passed.
Your personal data is stored securely and handled in line with UK GDPR. You will only be contacted about this membership or your stated preferences unless you have opted into marketing emails separately.
