    Kay’s Facebook Fix

    Learn the exact Facebook strategies I use to generate direct bookings and reduce reliance on Airbnb and Booking.com.

    One week-long booking will pay for the course many times over and most hosts start seeing bookings within the duration of the course.

    This is the training I wish I’d had when I was starting out. Around a third of my bookings across the holiday lets I run come from Facebook.

    This is not a generic social media course. This is live outcome-driven coaching, with training, models, examples, a workbook, weekly application, personalised feedback and accountability. It is designed specifically for you and your hosting.

    By the end of the training you’ll know exactly what to post, where to post it and how to turn Facebook into a steady stream of enquiries.

    It’s totally doable, even if you’re short on time. The training will be in the form of recorded videos you can catch up on anytime - don’t worry if you’re working around kids, guests and other jobs (me too!).

    You don’t need to be good at social media, you don’t need to post every day and you certainly don’t need to feel pushy or salesy. The strategies we use rely on genuine conversations and useful posts that guests actually enjoy (and you will too!).

    Each task will take you about an hour and you can choose your own challenge level depending on where you’re starting from. Whether you're brand new or just need a proper reboot, this will give you clarity, momentum and a clear plan for the months ahead.

    FAQs

    What happens during the training?

    The training happens within a Facebook group. Every few days, we’ll focus on a different piece of the Facebook strategy: optimising your page, finding the right groups, and posting in a way that attracts guests.

    You’ll apply each step as we go so that by the end of the training you have a page and routine that is working properly.

    Each training unit is released as a video in the group, along with supportive models and templates. You’ll action the training and feed back about how you’ve gotten on.

    There will be live Q&A sessions after every couple of trainings and you can seek feedback any time.

    I won’t have time during the day. Can I catch up?

    Yes, absolutely. The videos will be recorded so you can watch the lesson and access the resources any time. I’ll release each of the training sessions spread out through the six weeks, so you can get cracking with your tasks and report back on your own schedule.

    Will I get bookings straight away?

    Maybe! Some hosts gain bookings within the first week.

    I’m certainly not promising this. It’ll depend how well established you are as well as how much effort you put in during the weeks. The group is all about getting yourself primed for bookings and ready to take the opportunity; it might take a few weeks to build a following and credibility before the bookings roll in, or you might get bookings within days. Either way, you’re going to get set on that path!

    I have only just started a Facebook page; is this for me? I have been running my Facebook page for years; will I still learn something?

    Yes and yes! We’re going to cover optimisations that apply whether you’re at the beginning of your journey or further in. You’re more likely to achieve a booking during the course if you’ve got an established following, but you will make gains in either case. The tasks will be set so that you can choose your level of challenge (and I will ask you about starting points when you check out, so I know how best to challenge you).
