How it works
The programme runs for five weeks inside a private Facebook group.
• Eight expert led units released week by week (some weeks will be one on a Monday where the unit is chunkier; others will be one on a Monday and one on a Wednesday too, but you complete them whenever it suits you);
• Live support sessions (all recorded to watch back at your leisure);
• Around two hours a week of guided work per week - you watch the training and invest the time in your listing;
• A progress post every Friday where you can share your updates and seek feedback;
• Daily access to me in the group for questions;
• Replays available until the end of February (so that you have some catch up time if you need it);
• Tools, templates and checklists included to support the work without overwhelming you.
This is powerful but manageable. It fits around school runs, jobs and real life. You choose when you undertake the training and the work and how much extra support and feedback you want to use.
I keep the group size small enough that I can get to know your property and support you personally.

FAQs
I am not technical. Will I manage?
Yes. If you can create an Airbnb listing you can complete this work. The skill is in the messaging not the tech. The course will not be focussed on the technical details of Airbnb but in the marketing and listing optimisation, though there will be plenty of opportunities for questions where needed.
What if I miss a live session?
If you can’t attend, you submit any questions you have prior to the session for me to answer. All lives are recorded for you to watch later. You will have full access to replays until the end of February.
How much time does this take each week?
Two hours each week will give you strong results. Anything extra is a bonus.
Is this suitable if I am brand new?
No. This is for hosts who already have a listing on Airbnb.
What if I fall behind?
Everything stays available until the end of February so you can work at your own pace. My support finishes after the five weeks are up, but the resources are there to refer to.
Can I get feedback on my listing?
Yes. You can share work you’ve completed or a chunk of your listing for feedback. There are regular opportunities to ask questions and receive support each week.
