How it works
Confident Host Circle is a private coaching group hosted in a warm, friendly Facebook group.
It runs for 10 months of the year, with breaks in August and December.
Your membership includes:
✅ Monthly Hot Seat (on Zoom, usually an evening)
→ Bring a cuppa and your specific challenge and get clear, focussed support. Live. You submit your concerns a few days before and we tackle issues others in the circle share so everyone benefits. This is recorded and shared with everyone, so don’t worry if you can’t make it.
✅ Monthly Q&A (inside the Facebook group)
→ Submit your questions and get honest, straightforward answers that actually help you move. Ask anything at all. It’s great if you can be there, but don’t worry if not: you submit questions before the session and it is recorded and watchable any time within the group.

→ Share your progress in the group for my personal advice and feedback.
✅ Monthly Theme
→ With a regular focus on growing direct bookings, monthly themes include guest experience to guidebooks, from copywriting to social media. Each month focuses on one specific area, so you never feel pulled in ten directions.

FAQs
🟠 What do I get each month?
The coaching is provided in a number of ways: regular lives and hot seats, weekly prompts and resources and feedback on how you’re doing whenever you need it. It’s an incredibly good value way of accessing some 1:1 support from me.
Each month you’ll get two live sessions: one Facebook Live Q&A, and one Zoom hot seat (sometimes these are expert guests, too).
There’s also a monthly theme to guide your focus (like pricing, photos, guidebooks, or guest experience), with weekly micro-tasks to help you take small, doable steps forward. This is where the progress is made: simple, direct actions that impact you and your business. And the best bit? You’re never doing it alone.
🟠 When are the live sessions?
There’s two each month and they are usually spread out and in the evening. Dates are shared in advance inside the group and replays are always posted if you can’t come live.
🟠 Do I have to show up live?
No. You’re welcome whether you join in live or just watch the replays in your own time. Plenty of members catch up with a cuppa the next day.
Replays are posted and easy to find inside the group. You can ask questions in advance and still get coached or mentioned even if you’re not there live.
🟠 How much time will this take?
As long as you have to give it. The lives will be around 45 minutes each per month, and you can sit back and enjoy watching those with a cuppa.
The tasks may be something that you spend 10 minutes to polish or it might be a bigger project you want to invest a couple of hours in. Prompts, examples, models and suggestions will help you to break it down and tackle what you can with the time you have. You’re not here to get overwhelmed. You’re here to move forward.
🟠 I’m not very confident with tech — will I be OK?
If you can use Facebook and Zoom, you’ll be fine. And if you get stuck, I’ll help. We will talk about tech options (such as email lists, Canva, websites and so on) with our usual openness and willingness to share ideas and suggestions.
🟠 Is this suitable if I’ve only got one property?
Absolutely. Most members have one or two properties. Others manage a few. That’s who this is for.
🟠 I’ve been doing this for a while — will this be too basic for me?
Not at all. The content is practical and focused on direct bookings, confidence and clarity. Whether you’re just getting started or have been letting for years, this will give you new tools and help you actually use them. Most current members of Confident Host Circle have at least five years under their belts.
Holiday letting is an ever changing scene and our monthly themes and hot seat topics will be highly topical; there’s always something fresh on the agenda!
🟠 I’m nervous I won’t keep up — what if I fall behind?
There’s no behind. This isn’t a course. It’s a space. You can dip in and out, rejoin when you’re ready and take what you need when you need it. Don’t join with the expectation that you’ll absorb and action every single thing that’s shared. Dip in and take what helps you in the moment you’re in: there’s no requirement to take action when it doesn’t suit you: you decide what to do and when.
🟠 What if I have a question that feels silly?
Bring it. Honestly. That’s what this group is for. All kindness and no show-offs. Just real hosts doing their best, helping each other out. We are always delighted to hear about each others’ successes and ready to share support too!

🟠 Is this on Facebook? I’m not a huge fan of Facebook
Yes, it runs inside a private Facebook group. While I’ve looked at other options, Facebook really helps us build a community and support each others’ businesses too. We build a collegiate community; one member describes it as ‘a staff room where these hosts are friends… not competitors’.
If you don’t want to pop on Facebook each week for a catch up, this isn’t for you.
🟠 How do payments work?
£46 a month, billed automatically. No sessions in August or December, so you only pay for 10 months of the year.
🟠 Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. It’s a monthly rolling membership, so you’re in control. If it’s not the right fit, you can cancel easily. You’ll set up an account on the website to join. Note down your password and then, when the time comes to cancel, you simply log in and unsubscribe. You don’t even need to reach out to me if you’d rather not; your next payment just won’t be taken.

Important information about your subscription
Confident Host Circle is a monthly subscription. Payment is taken automatically each month on the first of the month.
There is no tie-in or contract. You can cancel at any time. If you cancel, you will keep access until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.
Once your paid month ends, your access to the group and its resources will stop. Please note that no partial refunds are offered for unused time if you cancel partway through a month.
There is no new content released in August or December; your payment will be paused but your subscription continues across those months to retain full access once we restart and, as a bonus, you remain in the group so, if you’ve some bonus time, you can catch up with July or November’s themes!
As this is a digital membership with immediate access, no refunds are available once payment has been taken. You will not be entitled to previous month’s content once that month has passed.
Your personal data is stored securely and handled in line with UK GDPR. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time and this won’t affect your membership.
You need to access your account to complete payment - the password you set up has 10 characters…hopefully that helps!
