Confident Host Circle exists to change that. A warm, focused group coaching membership for hosts who want to feel clearer, more confident and more consistent, with more bookings as a natural result.

How it works
Confident Host Circle runs within a private Facebook group, that forms our heart and our community, and a members section on my website, where we store an archive of prompts, resources, training and lives. It runs for ten months of the year, with a natural pause in August and December, when there are no additional sessions or payment, but a nice chance to catch up and revisit anything you want to go deeper on.
From the moment you join, you get instant access to the Ideal Guest training and workbook, the foundation everything else builds on. Once you know who you're hosting, your listing, your photos and your marketing all become so much easier to get right. This is your straight away, and will be shared via your immediate welcome email. You’ll join the group already having made strides!
Each month from there follows a clear rhythm:

Whatever we cover, we recognise that members are coming from different starting points, and there will be extension options for those further along their journey. The investment
Confident Host Circle is £46 a month, for ten months of the year. There are no new trainings in August or December, so, while you continue to have access to all the resources as a member, there is no charge for those months.
To put that in perspective: one additional booking, at most times of the year, will cover your membership for the year. Everything beyond that is profit directly attributable to the work you do inside the group.
What you're getting for that £46 is two live sessions a month, a structured monthly focus with weekly actions, personal feedback from me, a warm and genuinely supportive community and credit toward Facebook Fix and Airbnb Accelerator so you can build on your membership as and when those programs work for you.

FAQs
🔹 What do I get each month?
Two live sessions, a monthly theme with weekly micro-tasks to keep you moving, personal feedback from me whenever you share your work, and access to The Hub where everything is stored and easy to find (and there is lots of previous content too). It's a lot of support for the price and you're never doing any of it alone.
🔹 When are the live sessions? Do I have to join live?
There are two each month, usually on Tuesday evenings. Dates are shared at the start of each month inside the group. If you can't make it, post your questions in advance and catch the replay whenever suits you. Plenty of members watch back with a cuppa the next morning.
🔹 How much time will this take?
As long as you have to give it. The live sessions are around 45 minutes each and you can watch those from the sofa. The weekly tasks can take ten minutes or a couple of hours depending on how deep you want to go. Prompts, examples and suggestions are there to help you break things down and work at your own pace.
🔹 I'm not very confident with tech — will I be OK?
If you can use Facebook and Zoom, you'll be absolutely fine. And if you get stuck, I'll help.
🔹 Is this suitable if I've only got one property?
Absolutely. Most members have one or two properties. That's exactly who this is for.
🔹 I've been doing this for a while — will this be too basic for me?
Not at all. Most members have been letting for three years or more, and the content is practical, specific and always topical. Holiday letting changes constantly and there is always something worth working on, whatever stage you're at.
🔹 I'm nervous I won't keep up — what if I fall behind?
There's no behind. This isn't a course with a finish line. It's a space you come back to. Everything lives in The Hub, so nothing is ever lost or out of reach. Dip in and take what helps you in the moment you're in, and leave the rest for when the time is right. When you’ve made a shift that results in an extra booking, you’ve covered your membership for a year. Don’t see this as homework - see it as enrichment that’s there for you when you DO have time and can often be turned into impactful actions within minutes.
🔹 What if I have a question that feels silly?
Bring it. No question is silly here. Confident Host Circle is a warm, open community of hosts who are all doing their best for their guests, their business and themselves. Every question gets a genuine answer, and you'll probably find someone else was wondering exactly the same thing.
🔹 Is this on Facebook? I'm not a huge fan of Facebook.
The community lives inside a private Facebook group, and that's where the magic happens. If you'd rather not pop in each week, this probably isn't the right fit, but most members find it's the one Facebook group they actually enjoy being part of.
🔹 How do payments work?
£46 a month, through a simple monthly subscription. No sessions in August or December, so no payment those months either. Please take care to note your password when you sign up, so it’s easy to unsubscribe.
🔹 Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Log in to your account, unsubscribe, and your next payment simply won't be taken. No awkward conversations required.

Important information about your subscription
Confident Host Circle is a monthly subscription. Payment is taken automatically each month on the first of the month.
There is no tie-in or contract. You can cancel at any time. If you cancel, you will keep access until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.
Once your paid month ends, your access to the group and its resources will stop. Please note that no partial refunds are offered for unused time if you cancel partway through a month.
There is no new content released in August or December; your payment will be paused but your subscription continues across those months to retain full access once we restart and, as a bonus, you remain in the group so, if you’ve some bonus time, you can catch up with July or November’s themes!
As this is a digital membership with immediate access, no refunds are available once payment has been taken.
Your personal data is stored securely and handled in line with UK GDPR. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time and this won’t affect your membership.
