Step by step guides and two weeks of live support to get your listing started, finished and published.

I’m putting together a small beta group (it sounds posh but it means guinea pigs!) of people who are ready to get their Airbnb listing live and would enjoy some group support. This is the first time I am providing this, so the support is free this time around.
We’ll work together for two weeks with a set of step-by-step guides and a private WhatsApp group to answer all your questions and help you get through any final blockers. You can block out your calendar for as long as you need to - if you will be ready for guests at Christmas, this is for you!
The goal is simple: your Airbnb listing live by the end of the two weeks.
Because the beta is funded through my Airbnb referral arrangement, your place will only be fully confirmed once you have successfully started through my Airbnb referral link.
This is for you if...
✦ Your property will be ready to receive your first guests between now and the end of December.
✦ You are new to hosting OR have an established holiday let but have never listed on Airbnb.

✦ You're ready to put a few focussed hours into getting your listing finished during October. Most people take 1-2 hours to complete their listing after 1-2 hours of planning time.

What’s the deal?
Airbnb has a referral programme which rewards me when eligible new hosts use my referral route and successfully start hosting.
I have special referral terms which allow me to work with more new hosts, so I want to test whether adding some extra support and accountability helps more people actually get their listing over the line.
You get my Step 1 to 6 guides plus two weeks of support.
One important condition: because this is funded through my Airbnb referral arrangement, your place is only confirmed once you have successfully started through my Airbnb referral link.
There is no additional charge to you and many hosts receive an additional bonus from Airbnb too.
Why is it free?

You will receive an email with a link to my Step 1 guide: start there if you haven't worked through it already.
I will review the applicants and let you know if it is a good fit for you this time.
If you're accepted, I will then share my Airbnb referral link for you to use, so that you can access the step by step guides and get cracking with your homework: reading Step 3 and drafting ideas for your listing before the group begins.
That means you should already have done the thinking behind your listing rather than arriving expecting us to start from scratch.
The two weeks are about implementation. We start on Monday 5th October.
What do I need to do before we start?
No. I have chosen a WhatsApp group as our training space so that you can pick up the conversation whenever it suits you. You can ask questions any time and I will reply. You pick those answers up later.
Will I need to attend live?
What if my place isn’t ready yet? Can I block my calendar?
To take part, you should expect to be ready to take bookings for Christmas or before.
However, that doesn’t mean you need to make dates available before you’re ready. You can block your calendar for as long as you need to, until the dates when you’re sure you’ll be ready. That doesn’t stop you using my referral link, taking part or launching your listing. No problem!
Training, individual support and a deadline - a winning combo!
Before we start, you will receive my full Step 2-6 Airbnb guide series. Step 1 is free to all; get that now on the pink button above if you haven’t already digested it. Steps 2-6 will walk you through every part of the set up. Reading Step 3 and 4 before we start will stand you in good stead to make the most of the live group.
You will then join a private WhatsApp group with me and hosts in the same boat where you can ask questions, share progress and get help when something is holding you up.
Knowing you have my support for the fornight will make sure you complete the job on time (and once the bookings start coming, you'll be glad you did!)
