For £45 (normally £90 - quote KAY for the offer) here’s what you’ll get:

• Share your space: send us a link to your listing or a quick video of the space. This gives us a feel for the space, the area, target guests, and the property's competition. 

• 45-minute in person or online consultation:  We will provide an interior design audit of your property giving honest, constructive feedback on what's working and what could be improved to help your space earn you maximum profit. 

• Support/ Advice: We will offer advice on brands, materials, and finishes, how to get the space working on a practical and aesthetic level. 

• Tailored follow-up plan: Following the consultation we will send a tailored plan flagging key changes per room to improve the overall look of the property. This can grow into a full design plan colour schemes and mood boards if you decide to take things further. 

• Budget-led throughout: We have experience of rental property and appreciate how important it is to work with the owners budget and timescale. 

If you decide to go ahead with a full design package afterwards, the £45 audit fee is deducted from the cost.

Full design packages

This is what I went for. If you'd like more directed support, full design packages start from £150 per room and include:

• Moodboards

• Colour schemes

• Furniture layouts

• Styling recommendations

• A spreadsheet with clickable links to every suggested item (this was without doubt my favourite part: it saved tens of hours of searching and second guessing and a lot of money too).
