Email provider: I use Kit. https://partners.kit.com/vslnn5trvop1  It might be excessive for your needs but if you run more than one place, or don’t enjoy organising email addresses, it is fabulous. I absolutely love how it can automate email sequence while retaining a personal touch. I love the tagging and how I can send emails to some and not others. The ability to categorise past guests, upcoming guests and potential guests, for example, is game-changing.

Banking: I have been using Tide since I started my limited company and I have found it excellent. I really like the tagging and organising. I can take pics of receipts and upload them straight away and I can share it with my accountant so she has internal access.
